Trixstar Productions presents a new sing-a-long series starting with the classic Julie Andrews film, the Sound of Music, at the Bailey Theatre on Saturday December 29, 2012. Immerse yourself in this exclusive one day event, where you get to enjoy the musical in glorious, full-screen Technicolor, complete with subtitles so that the whole audience can sing along!

With two performances of the sing-a-long, you can choose the 1pm matinee or the 7pm evening show. Prior to the motion picture, a host leads the audience through a vocal warm up and gives a comprehensive guide to the accompanying actions and use of the interactive funpack. A costume parade will follow of all attendees that have dressed up as anything and everything represented in the classic film – the possibilities are as endless!

Having started in the UK back in 1999, the Sing-a-Long Sound of Music show has now become a worldwide hit, playing to packed houses across the globe with over 10,000 performances in 11 different countries! It’s even filled the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles – 7 times!

Trixstar Productions sing-a-long series rolls through in Camrose on December 29, 2012 with the Sound of Music followed by additional shows in Grande Prairie and Medicine Hat.
