Many people start the new year with ambitions and goals of becoming healthier, maybe heading to the gym more often. However, it can often be daunting to look at the rows of machines and equipment or to make adjustments to aspects of life outside of the gym.

Fitness and its definition can be a tricky thing. Sure, there’s going to be something in the dictionary that you can use to put meaning to that word; but does that mean that fitness is going to be the same for every person?
